They give actual names brand soap (dove). The staff was super friendly. The location is perfect. everything is pretty much walking distance. $15 to park per night was ok but charging $198 for 1 night while paying for parking is outrageous. BUT it makes up for it by the shudder they gave.

Very friendly staff. We mentioned we would arrive a bit early (1PM while check in time was 3PM). They mentioned they would do their best to facilitate us. And they did. We could check in and enter our room directly. At checkout we still had the laundry running in the laundry room. We needed the cart to enter that room. They said it was no problem to deliver the card an hour after official checkout time. We could also leave our luggage at the reception and still enjoy the city for a while.

The room has an ironing set and the bathroom lightening was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a van that takes the guests anywhere within 1.5 miles distance. It’s a great hotel for the price.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location we close to Minute Maid park and the hotel provided a shuttle so we didn't have to walk/drive and pay additional parking. Pauline, the shuttle driver went above and beyond for us. Check in/out was quick. Once checked in to our hotel, Danny texted us to follow up and check if we needed anything else. Customer service was perfect!

Staff all very friendly, it was a pleasure to interact with them. Shuttle service excellent, driver helpful with tips on where to go. Breakfast very good with different options every day. Hot breakfast and cold. We loved the waffle maker. Laundry room on 2nd floor worked well.

Everything was amazing! The people, the services... From housecleaning to the shuttle to the breakfast which had an awesome variety. The building is secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful and informative. Location was also perfectly convenient to many things downtown. Had a FANTASTIC time!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, convenient location downtown. Shuttle was available (we didn’t use because it was packed each trip) but I like the option. AC works great. Like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash available in the shower and locked so no one can tamper with.
